What is deleted vs retained

After you confirm, LaborHub schedules deletion with a seven-day grace period. You can cancel from the TheHub app Settings before the purge date.

Deleted or de-identified: login credentials, profile fields tied to you, message bodies you authored (as implemented), push tokens, and notification preferences.

Retained (often anonymized): time entries, payroll/operational records, job and project business history needed for legitimate company, audit, or legal purposes.

You can also start deletion from the TheHub app under Settings → Delete account. See the Privacy Policy for the data inventory.
