Who we are

TheHub by NexCore is operated by NexCore Technologies LLC (“NexCore”, “we”, “us”). After this first formal reference, “TheHub” may be used as the shortened product name. LaborHub is the first workforce and field-operations module within TheHub. Public product information is available at thehub.so; broader app download and open registration may not yet be available depending on the current release stage.

Information we may collect

Depending on how you interact with TheHub, we may collect information you submit (such as name, email, organization, phone, and structured inquiry answers), technical logs needed to operate the website, and account-related data once authenticated product access is available.

Contact Command Center

When you submit an inquiry, we store a durable record (including a public reference number) so we can respond even if email delivery is delayed. Contact details stay in our secured inquiry records. Message bodies and contact details are not sent to third-party product analytics.

Website analytics

• Aggregate analytics (for example Cloudflare Web Analytics) may be enabled for page traffic and performance summaries. This is optional and configuration-driven.
• Product / conversion analytics may record privacy-safe events such as page views, CTA clicks, download-center actions, and contact-flow steps.
• First-party business events may store anonymous session identifiers, routes, campaign attribution, and success/failure flags in our application database for operational reporting.
• Session replay is off by default and must not record passwords, contact-form inputs, authenticated project portals, admin pages, or private operational data.

Optional analytics providers are listed here only when actually configured. Essential contact processing and abuse prevention are separate from optional analytics.

How we may use information

• Respond to early access, contact, and support requests
• Route inquiries to the correct internal team
• Operate, secure, and improve TheHub website and related services
• Understand conversion funnels with privacy-safe metrics
• Communicate about launch readiness and product updates you requested
• Meet legal and safety obligations where applicable

Retention

Inquiry records are retained while needed to respond and operate the private release. Anonymous analytics events are retained for operational reporting and may be aggregated or deleted on a shorter schedule. Full IP addresses are not stored indefinitely for contact abuse keys; hashed short-retention keys may be used for spam defense.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Service providers may process data solely to help operate infrastructure (for example email delivery or optional analytics) under contractual restrictions once those systems are connected.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. See also the Delete account page for the authenticated seven-day deletion workflow. When optional analytics requires consent, we will present a non-manipulative choice; essential contact and fraud-prevention processing may still apply.
