Agreement
TheHub by NexCore is operated by NexCore Technologies LLC. After this first formal reference, “TheHub” may be used as the shortened product name. By using thehub.so and related public pages, you agree to these terms as they are posted and updated.
The service
TheHub is a connected platform ecosystem. LaborHub is a product module focused on construction workforce and operations. NexCore Technologies LLC is not a party to every job agreement between companies and workers unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Public website content may describe early access and future platform directions.
No guarantees about future modules
References to future Hub modules or platform directions are conceptual and not commitments to deliver specific products on a specific timeline.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, or submit unlawful or harmful content through contact or early-access forms.
